Chocolate Bark

Vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, no added sugar

  • 1 cup Cocoa Butter
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Classic Sweetner crushed to grounds
  • Pinch of Salt

Inclusions of choice: e.g. freeze dried strawberries, nuts, choc chips, dried fruit.


    • Melt all of the ingredients for the chocolate in a small pot over low heat until fully melted
    • Then remove from heat and keep stirring till it starts to cool
    • Once the chocolate starts to thicken, line a backing tray with non stick paper and evenly pour over. Add inclusions evenly on top
    • Place in freezer to harden before breaking

    Keep refrigerated or frozen
