With what was supposed to be our so called “Summer” is coming to an end. If you feel like bringing those Summer vibes to your home this weekend, Lighthouse has some delicious cocktails that will impress you and your friends!
Lighthouse Gin Sangria
To make one 2ltr Sangria Jug:
- 150ml Lighthouse Gin⠀
- 375ml Te Kairanga Rosé⠀
- 500ml apple Juice⠀
- 975mls lemonade⠀
- Add ice to your jug, pour in gin, rosé and apple juice and top with lemonade. Add frozen raspberries, fresh lime wedges and fresh mint
Lighthouse Red Snapper
- 150ml Lighthouse Gin⠀
- 500ml Tomato juice⠀
- Splash hot sauce
- Splash Worcestershire sauce⠀
- Freshly cracked pepper⠀
- Lemon juice⠀
- Fresh cucumber
- Add ice to your jug, pour in gin, tomato and lemon juice and top with hot sauce and worcesstershire sauce
- Crack in black pepper, add squeezed lemon chunks and cucumber
Lighthouse Mt Difficulty Barrel Aged Gin cocktail
- 30ml of Lighthouse Mt Difficulty Barrel Aged Gin
- 30ml of red vermouth
- Mix in a tumbler glass
- Top with peach and ginger sparkling water before garnishing with an orange slice and fresh thyme
Lighthouse Cherry Sour
- 60ml Lighthouse Barrel Aged Gin
- 30ml cherry juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- 30ml lemon juice
- Add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake without ice
- Add ice and shake. Strain into glass
