Try this Japanese Style Udon Noodle Dish. Packed full of Asian flavour and veges It is super easy and quick to make and perfect as a leftovers lunch the next day!
Veggie Yaki Udon
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Red Onion cut in wedges
- 160 grams Snow Peas
- 70 grams Baby Corn halved
- 2 Baby Pak Choi quartered
- 3 Spring Onions sliced
- 1 large Garlic Clove crushed
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 4 tsp Soy Sauce
- 300 grams Ready to cook Udon Noodles
- Pickled Ginger
Instructions
- Add the udon noodles along with the ginger, and stir in 2-3 tbsp hot water until the noodles are heated through. Divide between bowls and serve.
