Prep the night before

Remember when your mum used to tell you to pack your school bag the night before and you thought it was the biggest chore in the world? Well as an adult, taking 15 minutes to sort your must-haves for the next day will save you time in the morning.

Whether its laying out your outfit, packing your bag or making lunch, doing a few quick things the night before will stop you stressing in the morning and will leave you a few extra minutes to check the ‘gram before you jump in the car.
