The Tropical Strawberry

Strawberries are such a sweet fruit to whizz into a cocktail with the added zing of pineapple juice and taste of coconut cream the Tropical Strawberry will give you the smooth creamy flavour of the sunny tropics in a pretty glass!

Ingredients:

• 2 nips (60mls) of light rum
• 2 nips of pineapple juice
• 2 nips of coconut cream with sugar syrup to taste, or alternatively 1 nip of fresh cream and a nip of coconut syrup
• 6 fresh strawberries with sugar syrup to taste, or alternatively 1 nip of Creme de Fraise Strawberry Liqueur and 4 fresh strawberries

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients with crushed ice.
2. Serve in a glass.
3. Garnish with fresh strawberry or a flower.
