Pina Colada recipe

The Pina Colada

That tropical blend of the coconut and pineapple of a Pina Colada will have you feeling like you’re laying on a lounger on your favourite tropical island watching the world go past your bare feet!


  • 2 nips (60mls) of light rum
  • 3 nips of coconut cream with sugar syrup to taste or coconut syrup
  • 5 nips of pineapple juice
  • 2 chunks of fresh pineapple


  1. Blend all ingredients with crushed ice.
  2. Serve in a hurricane glass.
  3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cherry.
