Good news for those who crave a coffee the moment they crawl out of bed or enjoy a wine at the end of a long day – scientific research indicates that coffee and alcohol in moderation could be the key to a long life. Now I know you skipped over that “in moderation” bit so go back and read it again!
Next time someone questions your caffeine fascination remind them that you are simply extending your lifespan – and probably that of those around you …
Seriously, just don’t take away the coffee! In fact, take it to the next level and make it sparkly AF! The Diamond and Gold Cappuccino from Coffee By Di Bella is available for just $3 USD … unfortunately you will need to travel to India to partake in a cup full of unicorn tears.
With this key to a long life, perhaps we can all become wine connoisseurs.
Perhaps not!
I don’t drink wine but do love my coffee so excited now I have an article to back up my coffee consumption! Not too sure about the sparkly unicorn tears coffee though …
Clickbait title. But I’m convinced…coz I love drinking both. It helps to sustain the long life love for coffee and wine. Haven’t seen anyone invent coffee flavoured wine though? Yuck or maybe yay? 😛
I like both coffee and wine but usually stick with coffee during during the day of course and sometimes have a wine at night or in the weekends it depends on what we are doing during the day. So at least now I can justify drinking these 2.
I definitely drink more coffee than wine, being a working mama but I can occasionally partake in a glass of wine or two given the right occasion or company 🙂 Great to know it’s doing me some good 😛
It depends on the time of day as to whether I am a coffee or wine drinker coffee is definitely needed in the mornings, wine is my wind down evening drink of choice. Though we have been having gin or craft beer/cider more recently.
I found this very interesting I am more a cup of tea sort of person but I like my coffee every now and again if I’m at someone’s place and they offer me a coffee I quite enjoy it
I prefer coffee to wine – I only buy about 2 coffees per week but we have a small machine at home that makes great coffee, so we buy organic grinds from a little shop that roasts their own beans right across the road from our apartment (I know handy right!). We also buy organic milk from the supermarket so can make fully organic coffees at home, and to be honest they are nicer than the bought ones!!
