Strawberry smoothie bowl

Sign us up for anything strawberry related! Make the most of fresh/frozen strawberries with this healthy breakfast that you can whip together at home or at work.



  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup


Pick your favourite toppings to sprinkle on top. Some of our favourites are:

  • Nuts, chopped
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Oats, muesli or crunchy granola
  • Fruit, diced (banana, kiwi fruit, berries)


  1. Blend smoothie ingredients in a blender until desired consistency. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. Top with your favourite toppings. Drizzle with some yogurt or honey.

    Ohhh you could even top the bowl with banana chips! And thick ribbons of coconut!
