- 1 cup of lentils (tinned or cooked)
- 1 cup lettuce or spinach
- 1 tomato
- ½ capsicum
- ½ cup red onion
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup halloumi, fried
- Fry halloumi in a little butter or coconut oil until golden on both sides.
- Place lentils in the bottom of the jar and layer salad ingredients. Top with Halloumi
- Optional: add salad dressing to the bottom of the jar.
