Need a little energy boost? This delicious green smoothie is packed with a range of fresh fruits and vegetables to help you make the most of your day.
- Half cup spinach
- 1 Kiwifruit
- 5-10 cm cucumber
- 5 cubes large ice
- 1/2 a green pear
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 150ml cold water/coconut water
- Blend smoothie ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth. Scrap down the sides and give it a quick blitz.
- Pour smoothie into a glass
- Serve immediately
TIP: if your smoothie is looking a little chunky, add some extra water and blitz for a little longer.
