- 4-5 cups of coconut water
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 sugar (optional for sweetening)
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- In a jug, combine coconut water, cucumber, lemon juice, mint and sugar. If using sugar, wait until this dissolves before drinking.
- Serve chilled or with a glass of ice.
