Fresh fruit makes a great addition to any healthy breakfast, and this delicious raw breakfast bowl is quick & easy to pull together – even when you’re on holiday!
Ingredients:
You can use any of your favourite fruits to make this fruit bowl, but one combination we love is:
- 1/2 melon – rock or honeydew
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1 kiwifruit. peeled diced
- 1 peach or nectarine, diced
- 2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Method:
- Scoop out the center of the melon and save in a container for a snack later in the day
- In a bowl, mix your diced fruits together and combine with the passionfruit pulp
- Place fruit mix into the center of the melon. Drizzle with the honey and eat fresh straight away
I would probably replace the apple with pear maybe. And definitely go nectarine! But otherwise this sounds so delicious!
