Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 bluberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (or less) maple syrup or honey
Method:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth
- Serve in cup with blueberries and passionfruit pulp
