Makes 4-5 ice-blocks
Prep: 10 min Cook: 5 min Ready in: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 medium apricots, skinned and diced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 lemon freshly squeezed
- Ice-block sticks
Directions:
- Combine the water, apricots, honey, and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour mixture into mould and freeze for one hour.
- Add the sticks to the moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours, or overnight.
Tip: add an apricot slice to each mould
