Such beautifully coloured salads for summer and Christmas. Every time we have a BBQ, we do pot luck salads and I do need to have a change up on what I bring. Any one of these would be amazing.

the spinach, pomegranate and chicken salad looks the yummiest one to make and also looks super quick and easy – love all these flavours but before i had seen the recipe would not have thought to add together for a salad – definitely will have to try.

All I can say is yum, yum, yum, yum, yum!!! I LOVE salad and I’m soooooo glad summer is coming 🙂 The reason I eat salad is because I can load it up with all the extras and delish condiments, home made garlic aioli is the best!!

I am guilty of being the most boring salad maker ever! Stock standard garden salad is the usual go to but now I have inspiration to try out a few different varieties to spice things up a little 🙂 Perfect timing for the coming warmer months including bbq season!
