Ingredients:
- 1x pack of mushrooms or 8 mushrooms
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Slice mushrooms and onions. Mince garlic.
- In a large frying pan, melt butter and add in onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until soft.
- Add in chicken broth and heat until slightly thickened, stir frequently.
- Mix cream and seasonings in a bowl. Add to soup and heat until thickened.
- Blend to combine.
If you like your soup a little thicker, add in a tablespoon of flour after step two.
