Movie-goers rejoice! – EVENT Cinemas’ big screen experience VMAX has arrived at Queensgate completing the final stage of the multiplex’s redevelopment to become the largest and most cutting-edge cinema offering in the region.
In addition to VMAX, a further two original cinemas have opened at EVENT Cinemas Queensgate which now boasts seven cinema screens with multiple experiences all under one roof, including IMAX with Laser.
The opening of VMAX follows hot on the heels of IMAX with Laser, which opened at Queensgate in December with Avatar: The Way of Water, New Zealand’s biggest box office success and the fourth highest grossing movie worldwide.
