5 Autumn 2022 Fashion Trends

The days are getting a bit colder and the nights are getting darker. But that doesn’t mean we have to start wearing our basic black jumper and pants. We have some of the best autumn fashion trends that are sure to make you not only look gorgeous, but stray away from the autumn blues.

Cut-out detailing

Summer may have been about cute cut-out detailing… but so is autumn. The trend has been adapted for autumn/winter with the use of heavier fabrics and layering. Trench coats and blazers can be worn over peek-a-boo style pieces to create a mostly covered-up silhouette.

Coats Coats Coats

We have all owned a chic jacket before. Well, now its all about quilting. Puffer jackets and longline coats hold their original shape and idea but with a twist. Take a leap of faith and try wearing a fun and funky colour. If neutrals are more your thing black, camel, navy and olive still get the point across.

Boots

You can’t go wrong with a bootie in your wardrobe. Whether you’re rushing out or going to a nice dinner they always look gorgeous with any outfit. A casual blue jean with black ankle boots is my favourite.

Sleek Suits

We have seen oversized suits on the run way in the past few years. But times are changing and this autumn its all about sleek lines. Style a bright blazer and slacks with a pair of heels OR clean sneaker for a more casual look, and you will have heads turning.

Dopamine Dressing

Don’t let the winter blues take over and let your black jeans swallow you whole. Have a go at dopamine dressing! Wear a funky colour, print or both to not only boost your mood but everyone else’s around you.
