One of the most relatable songs for us girls who love activewear but not necessarily being active, this parody is 100% amazing.

How do you motivate yourself to exercise?

To be honest, we’re more likely to want to lounge around than hit the pavement, but to keep ourselves motivated to get moving, we always do two things:

Throw on a playlist – music is a must! Create a new playlist and add all of your favourite jams to it to help get you in the fitness mood. Perfect for a pre-workout stretch session or as your own soundtrack at the gym. Check out some of our fave playlists on Spotify.

Go for fun – don’t force yourself to do exercises you hate because before long you’ll resent doing it. Join up for some Zumba or dance classes, take a spin class, go for a beach walk or find another activity you love that gets you moving.
