A Star is Born hitting cinemas October 4

Directed by/starring four-time Oscar nominee Cooper, A Star is Born places him alongside multiple award-winning, Oscar-nominated and all around Queen Lady Gaga. The film also stars Andrew Dice Clay, Dave Chapelle and Sam Elliot and is set to hit NZ theatres October 4, 2018. We are so excited to watch Lady Gaga and Cooper shine in this love story and if the trailer is anything to go by, it is going to be an emotional journey.

In this new take on the tragic love story, he plays seasoned musician Jackson Maine, who discovers—and falls in love with—struggling artist Ally. She has just about given up on her dream to make it big as a singer… until Jack coaxes her into the spotlight. But even as Ally’s career takes off, the personal side of their relationship is breaking down, as Jack fights an ongoing battle with his own internal demons.
