Ingredients

Cocoa Butter

Olive Oil
extra virgin

Cocoa Powder
1/4
cup
Lakanto Monkfruit Classic Sweetner
crushed to grounds
Pinch of Salt
Inclusions of choice: e.g. freeze dried strawberries, nuts, choc chips, dried fruit.
Instructions
Melt all of the ingredients for the chocolate in a small pot over low heat until fully melted
Then remove from heat and keep stirring till it starts to cool
Once the chocolate starts to thicken, line a backing tray with non stick paper and evenly pour over. Add inclusions evenly on top
Place in freezer to harden before breaking
Keep refrigerated or frozen
