· Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease and line a cookie tray · Mix all dough ingredients except flour until fluffy. Gradually add flour bit by bit until well mixed · Chill mixture for 2-3 hours until firm enough to roll out. Roll half dough mixture at a time on floured board until about 5mm thick. Cut into desired shapes and place on tray · Bake for 6-10 minutes until edges of cookies are light brown. Cool on a wire rack · Make icing by combining all ingredients and mixing well. Ice biscuits as desired once cool
