How to cook qunioa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Rinse quinoa well under cold running water
  • Put into frying pan or saucepan with water and salt
  • Bring to boil over medium heat
  • Reduce to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes until water is absorbed and tender
  • Fluff up with a fork
