Sign us up for anything strawberry related! Make the most of fresh/frozen strawberries with this healthy breakfast that you can whip together at home or at work.
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Pick your favourite toppings to sprinkle on top. Some of our favourites are:
- Nuts, chopped
- Shredded coconut
- Sunflower seeds
- Oats, muesli or crunchy granola
- Fruit, diced (banana, kiwi fruit, berries)
- Blend smoothie ingredients in a blender until desired consistency. Pour into a large bowl.
- Top with your favourite toppings. Drizzle with some yogurt or honey.
