The Pina Colada
That tropical blend of the coconut and pineapple of a Pina Colada will have you feeling like you’re laying on a lounger on your favourite tropical island watching the world go past your bare feet!
- 2 nips (60mls) of light rum
- 3 nips of coconut cream with sugar syrup to taste or coconut syrup
- 5 nips of pineapple juice
- 2 chunks of fresh pineapple
- Blend all ingredients with crushed ice.
- Serve in a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cherry.
