Energy boosting green smoothie

Need a little energy boost? This delicious green smoothie is packed with a range of fresh fruits and vegetables to help you make the most of your day.

Ingredients:

  • Half cup spinach
  • 1 Kiwifruit
  • 5-10 cm cucumber
  • 5 cubes large ice
  • 1/2 a green pear
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150ml cold water/coconut water

Method:

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth. Scrap down the sides and give it a quick blitz.
  2. Pour smoothie into a glass
  3. Serve immediately

TIP: if your smoothie is looking a little chunky, add some extra water and blitz for a little longer.
