Blueberry chia pudding

We love any excuse to devour passionfruit. Keep summer alive year round/kickstart today with this delicious twist on chia pudding that is easy to whip up.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 bluberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (or less) maple syrup or honey

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth
  2. Serve in cup with blueberries and passionfruit pulp
