“You Deserve Happiness You Deserve To Be Loved Just As You Love Others. You Deserve Everything”

This is a breathtaking memoir that is perfect for all young women. Wonderfully written and full of relatable stories, Lily Collins truly is unfiltered as she shares her life journey so far.

I have been a long time fan of Lily Collins work but I just became a huge fan of this woman’s soul. A beautiful, witty and thought provoking memoir that I devoured with gusto,  Lily Collins writes with such heart and true to the title, she is completely unfiltered as she takes you deep into the ups and downs of her life.

“No matter what I’ve endured in the past, what I’ve put myself through, or what others have done to me, I have the ability and the will to move forward. I will not give up. I will not undervalue or underestimate my capabilities.”

With complete kindness, Collins unearths her own hard truths and gives the reader the chance to do the same. There is no judgement in her voice and it is clear that her intent is to bring light and love to the world around her.

The best part about this book is that it is so relatable. This isn’t a memoir about a starlet praising her Hollywood life and her famous family but rather an exploration of her struggles as she tries to define her self worth and find her place in the world.

From issues such as eating disorders, relationship woes, anxiety, family strains and more, Collins unfiltered take on her life so far is an engaging, insightful and heartwarming read.
